Building Use Form
  • All requests are subject to approval and availability. Equipment and rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • Please do not assume that you have use of a room until you receive confirmation that your request was approved.
  • Availability of facilities for non-ministry activities meeting on a regular basis is subject to monthly review.
  • Please submit requests no longer than 8 weeks in advance for non-ministry and non-Journey activities. If your activity is ongoing, a new form will need to be filled out every 8 weeks.
  • No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed on church property.
  • No food or drink in the sanctuary.

Building Use Form

- To be submitted at least TWO (2) weeks prior to event date -

I will be responsible for setting up the room/area as required. I am aware that the use of any church owned items other than tables and chairs must be approved prior to the event. I realize that rooms must be cleaned, straightened, and put back in the order in which they were found and tables and chairs returned to their original location. If damage or loss occurs during my use of the stated room(s) or equipment I will be responsible for any cost(s) incurred. I will also be responsible for locking the complex and turning off all lights when the event is over.
