All requests are subject to approval and availability. Equipment and rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Please do not assume that you have use of a room until you receive confirmation that your request was approved.
Availability of facilities for non-ministry activities meeting on a regular basis is subject to monthly review.
Please submit requests no longer than 8 weeks in advance for non-ministry and non-Journey activities. If your activity is ongoing, a new form will need to be filled out every 8 weeks.
No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed on church property.
